Even though we try to attain a high level of product quality it may happen that the product you purchased is not functioning properly. In this case we are committed to replace your o-synce product completely with an identical one within its warranty period.

Please return the product together with proof of purchase back to your o-synce dealer. You may also contact us so we can inform you about the right contact in your country.

If you are not sure if your product issue  is warranty covered, simply ask us, we are happy to help you.

o-synce offers a warranty period of 2 years on all products bought in the EU. In all other countries of the world, our warranty is limited to 1 year.
